Yes! A 50% booking fee is required to reserve your date and secure your nannies, along with a signed contract. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before your event.

The final payment is due 30 days before the event.

Tipping is never required. If you would like to tip our nannies due to their exceptional service, it will be appreciated and please know that they will keep 100% of the tip.

Yes. You will receive direct cell phone numbers for each of your nannies and you may contact them for day of coordinating.

The 50% booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel before the remaining balance is due (30 days before your event), you will not be charged the remaining 50%.
